does anyone have a good recipe for a blue cheese flavoured burnt basque cheesecake? tried it at a restaurant and it was mindblowing but cant seem to replicate it
I had to look that one up. I can't have dairy any more, so hadn't heard of it. But it's not a blue cheese version. I guess you could find a version you like and try it with blue cheese?
