We usually only extend deadlines by a couple of days to a week at the most, not almost 2 weeks. Can I suggest next Saturday, 25th May?

That's our Memorial Day weekend but I only need a few days personally.

Morning Glory maybe we can extend to june 1st, if nobody objects? Given the enthousiastic performance of everyone so far, who knows more might come up. I am open to it.

As SatNavSaysStraightOn says above its usual to extend by a week. That would suit me.

Nothing difficult here, and no surprises...it's a fudgy, chocolatey treat, made extra rich with cream cheese, and a little something extra from some orange liqueur.

I made LOTS of chocolate truffles to give as gifts last Christmas. I made plain dark chocolate truffles rolled in cocoa powder, dark chocolate with a pinch of cayenne rolled in cocoa powder and a small pinch of red sanding sugar, and dark chocolate truffles with homemade Kalua dipped in dark chocolate.
All were a great hit.

Cool. I've got the stuff to make chocolate pasta ravioli with mascarpone filling, with a raspberry coulis for sauce and grated white chocolate for cheese. I just haven't felt like making it.
