Viewing Donation Drive: Site & Server Maintenance Costs 2025

I would much appreciate any help and support towards the site and server maintenance costs.

The site costs US$100 per month to maintain. Additional costs include the yearly fees for add-on software licences and behind-the-scenes software to keep the site free from advertising, which amount to around US$400. That's around USD1,500, GBP1,300 or EUR1,550 pa.

PayPal takes roughly 10% of all donations as fees for its services.

If you do not have or want to use PayPal, I fully understand. Please send me a Direct Message (SatNavSaysStraightOn). If you are an established member, you can send money directly to my UK bank account, but I reserve this for established and trusted members only.

You can also donate automatically every month using the members' monthly donations option under your profile.

Now, this bit I hate, but it must be said.
By donating to this site (through PayPal or to my bank account), you acknowledge that you do not influence how the site is run, what software it is run on, who hosts it, any of the site rules, etc. You also acknowledge that your donation is not refundable, and if you are banned from the site, you are not entitled to any refunds.
