That looks much thinner and see through than the stuff I make. Do you have a list of ingredients please? I'm curious as to what is in it because it looks more like an apple jelly.

It's plenty thick - it holds to the knife, though it does have a glossier look than a lot of other apple butters I get, though those are thinner, like slightly thicker applesauce.
thank you. It was the glossiness that was getting me. Interesting to see it has 2 types of sugar added as well as acv. When I make mine it is just pure apples now. No added anything else at all and I get a much more matt appearance and a very thick spread (but I could be leaving it in the oven too long and boiling it down too far, but I guess it is personal preference).
