I don't even remember making it!

Seriously, I looked at that and thought, "Did I make that? When did I make that? I sure don't remember eating that. Wha...?"

I'll see if can figure out where I got the recipe.

Now, I didn't grill it on skewers, I just flash-fried it in a cast iron skillet, then served it over rice. I added some comments when I posted it. I'll get those for you and put them here.
