Unfortunately, I have no idea what recipe I followed. Except for a few items, whenever I make something, I either grab a cookbook or jump on the internet to see what looks good. I rarely ever follow the same recipe twice.
Those may have been Jacques Pepin's recipe, though, which is an extremely simple one, but I can't say for certain. I'll check in a bit and let you know.
