Cane sugar is made from sugar cane grown in hot environments
For human consumption, sucrose is extracted, and refined, from either sugar cane or sugar beet. Sugar produced from sugar cane (hot environments needed for growing) is often refered to as cane sugar to distinguish it from beet sugar grown in colder climates.
Felt like making a treat to celebrate the strawberry season.. It's a lovely light dessert.
For 12 mini pancakes:
200 g of fresh cheese, preferably kwark or quark but labneh or mascarpone can work too.
4 eggs
50 g of plain flour
1/2 tsp of vanilla powder
Pinch of salt
