papaya
The papaya (, US: ) (from Carib via Spanish), papaw, () or pawpaw () is the plant Carica papaya, one of the 22 accepted species in the genus Carica of the family Caricaceae. Its origin is in the tropics of the Americas, perhaps from Central America and southern Mexico.
Ingredients:
100 mls olive oil
30 mls red wine vinegar
2 tbsps papaya seeds
2 tsps sugar
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp salt
No method really; just beat all the ingredients together or whizz in the blender until emulsified. The result should be slightly sweet and peppery.
