Turkish Ramadan Pide
Ingredients:
500 g flour (00 or any high protein bread flour)
400 ml water
10 g dry yeast
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
100 g bran or whole wheat flour to flour the tray

1 tbsp sesame seeds
