raspberry
The raspberry is the edible fruit of a multitude of plant species in the genus Rubus of the rose family, most of which are in the subgenus Idaeobatus. The name also applies to these plants themselves. Raspberries are perennial with woody stems. World production of raspberries in 2019 was 822,493 tonnes, led by Russia with approximately 21% of the total.

I've modified the original recipe slightly because I needed it dairy free. It is by chance also gluten-free (if your baking powder is gluten-free).
I prefer to use frozen raspberries simply because they mix in better without disintergrating and ideally they...
I made a nice Toasted White Chocolate Chip and caramel ice cream with some homemade Raspberry jam swirled around.
Ice cream is my absolute weakness when it comes to sweets. I can do without cakes and pies but ice cream, nope never! :)
I made this recipe in stages.
One day I baked the cakes, let them cool completely, wrapped them well and stashed them in the freezer.
Another day, I made the filling, put that into an air-tight container and froze that as well.
I made the Frosting the morning of assembly and took the cake...
Fresh raspberries give a lovely tang to these spicy chicken wings. Its an easy recipe: marinate the wings, tip onto a baking tray and bake. The recipe is for six large wings but can easily be scaled up for more. Serve with a dip of your choice. I also served some 'off the bone' in a salad...

150 ml whole milk
60g caster sugar (or to taste)

I was utterly convinced I had written this up at least 7 years ago, so before I moved out to Australia and before my back gave up, but I can't for the life of me locate the recipe. The crust can really be made up of any mixed nuts. So...
You'll need a 9" Spring form tin. It's entirely up to you...
Chocolate Mousse Raspberry Parfait:
NOTE: This recipe, like all chocolate mousse recipes, uses raw eggs. If raw eggs may cause digestive problems, this recipe is not for you.
Apologies: No photo is available. The recipe was not made as some of the ingredients went bad prior to starting out...

This looks like a fun recipe. A friend sent it to me. I've never heard of using gelatin in this way. Have you?
