roulade/involtini
A roulade is a dish of filled, rolled meat, vegetable or pastry. Roulade can be savoury or sweet.
A roulade (also involtini) is a dish of filled rolled meat, fish, vegetable (such as aubergine) or pastry typically held together with a toothpick, metal skewer or a piece of string. A roulade can be savory or sweet. A Swiss roll is an example of a sweet roulade. Traditionally found in various European cuisines, the term roulade originates from the French word "rouler", meaning "to roll". Other names include Rouladen (German), Španělské ptáčky (Czech), Szüz tekercsek (Hungarian), Zrazy or rolada (Polish), Rollade (Dutch) or Involtini (Italian)

This vegan dish makes a good light lunch with some crusty bread on the side. The flavours are intriguing and contrasting, using earthy Indian spices with miso and sweet & sour pomegranate molasses. Use more chilli if you want a spicier tomato sauce.
