Preparation of the dough
After 40 minutes of rising, bake at 180° C for about 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave it to cool down.

► INGREDIENTS for dough:
- 250g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of instant dry yeast
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten.
- 3 tbsp of butter, melted.
- 125ml (1/2 cup) of warm milk
- 1 tsp of salt
Preparation of the dough
- - Mix yeast, sugar, salt add water or milk.
- - Add beaten egg and butter.
- - Add flour. Make dough until it becomes smooth.
- - Rest dough about 1 hours until it doubles.
- - When dough ready, take and divide into 15-20 pieces to make buns.
After 40 minutes of rising, bake at 180° C for about 25-30 minutes.
