Recipe 90 second Keto Bread

I'm doing the low carb thing. I'm down 9 pounds and out of my 36 inch waist shorts!!!

90 second keto bread still gives me the opportunity to enjoy a "bread like" substance with a meal.

3 tablespoons of almond flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
salt
pepper
butter
egg

mix well, microwave for 90 seconds.

After I nuke it. I slice it in half, then either toast it, or fry it in a pan for a minute or two to give it a well needed texture.

I've been experimenting with adding different spices in it. My favorite is thyme, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Yes! This is what you mentioned to @TodayInTheKitchen and me when we had lunch last week. Can you post a picture of the finished product?

I first thought that this was far too much baking powder for the small amount of flour, but I was thinking of standard white flour (which is typically 1 teaspoon per cup). As I understand it, almond flour is heavier, so it needs much more to give it the rise it needs.
