This is another lovely use for Marmite Butter. Its a super simple recipe. Even Marmite haters might be converted because the Marmite butter blends into the potato without leaving a harsh salty taste. Serve as a side dish or on its own with salad. (Serves 2)
Ingredients
2 baked potatoes
4 tsp Marmite Butter
55g Stilton cheese
100ml double cream
Method
Ingredients
2 baked potatoes
4 tsp Marmite Butter
55g Stilton cheese
100ml double cream
Method
- Scoop out the flesh from the baked potatoes and add the Marmite Butter. Mash to combine.
- Pile the mixture back into the potato skins and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake the stuffed potatoes for 10 mins at 180C or place under a grill until browned.
- Whilst the potatoes are browning, make the cheese sauce. Place the Stilton and cream in a saucepan and heat gently, stirring, until melted and smooth. Alternatively, place the Stilton and cream in a bowl in the microwave and heat on full power for 3 mins and then stir.
