Quick and easy, but super delicious!!
Recipe
Process:
2 cans drained chickpeas
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup tahini
4 cloves garlic (I like it garlicky)
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp sea salt flakes
Serve with toasted pita bread, an extra drizzle of olive oil, and I garnished with some pomegranate seeds.
