This is a simple meal, cooked on the BBQ grill.
Chicken Thighs
Salt (optional)
black pepper
olive oil
minced garlic
finely chopped fresh basil
Season the thighs with salt and pepper (I had to skip the salt). Cook over indirect, and daily low heat on a BBQ grill.
Mix equal parts olive oil, minced garlic and chopped basil in a pan, and sauté on medium heat to make a thick sauce -- not quite a paste.
Brush the sauce onto the chicken when they are close to being cooked through. Get both sides.
Plate, and add more sauce, to taste.
