Hey, everyone!
My old chef's knife is wearing down and I would love to get a replacement. I like to keep a simple kitchen and I'm looking for another knife in which I can use for any purpose. What are your guys' thoughts on the best knife to do the job?
Should I stick with a chef's knife or give the Santoku styles a shot? Which brands have you guys tried that seem long-lasting and dependable for a reasonable price?
