Bought a Large Roaster!

This is not for me. It's a Christmas gift for my brother! He cooked a 16-lb turkey for Christmas & he used one of those foil roasting pans, you know, the kind that you use once, then throw it away. Actually, I hate those throw-away pans because they keep you buying one every time you want to roast something! This way, he doesn't have to buy one every time he wants to roast something.
He likes to cook & this will come in handy for him.

I ordered one the same size, since I don't have a roaster. I even ordered the turkey lifter as well!! Here's the turkey lifter. It's a funny looking thing, but it should work!! It's also non-stick-coated to make cleanup easy!! Hah!!
