The ingredients are simple.
Burgers
Ground Venison- 2 pnds
diced Fried Bacon pieces- 6 pieces
Cumin-two tablespoons
garlic powder-two tablespoons
pepper- a bunch lol
salt- to taste
dried oregano -two tablespoons
Bourbon- I used three tablespoons of Old Forester. I could have used more.
Onions
Onions of your choice
cumin - to taste
pepper-to taste
salt-to taste
bourbon- quarter cup of Old Forester
Fry the bacon pieces nice and crispy. After the cool add the seasonings and bacon to the venison and make patties.
caramelize the onions in the seasonings. When they are about three quarters done add in the bourbon and cook until it is absorbed.
