A Brown Rice Sushi Bowl is a healthy version of sushi that’s easy to prepare and packed with nutritious ingredients. Here's a simple recipe to try:

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 sheet nori (seaweed), cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp pickled ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Instructions:
  1. Prepare the Base: Cook the brown rice and mix it with rice vinegar. Let it cool slightly.
  2. Assemble the Bowl: In a bowl, layer the brown rice as the base. Arrange carrots, avocado slices, cucumber on top.
  3. Add Nori and Garnishes: Sprinkle the nori strips and sesame seeds over the bowl.
