Buffalo Chicken!

I love chicken dishes and buffalo is one of my favorites! However my mom and I haven't tried doing our own recipe yet and it's a shame that up until now we've only used McCormick's buffalo mix. When I crave for some I either use that or just eat out.

Do you have a homemade buffalo recipe that you could share or do you also just eat out when you want some?

I use the red hot sauce when I make buffalo chicken wings, it is especially made for buffalo style chicken. That is about as close to homemade as I get with it. You mix it with melted butter and the wings turn out perfect every time.
