Recipe bug salad

It doesn't actually have a bug in it. Its just a fun name to help get kids to eat their veggies

6 tablespoons plain yogart
3 tablespoons manyaise
1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tsp grated lemon
1 small head of lettuce
1 cucumber
1 carrot
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup raisins

Whisk first four ingredients together to make a dressing. Toss vetables together in a bowl to make a salad and top with rasians.

LOL. I thought it was a real bug salad. :P This seems to be a good recipe though. I might try it some other time.

Anyway, here's a picture of fried crickets. A real bug salad. It's considered a delicacy in some parts of my country. It's called "adobong camaro".
