Butter chicken ......again

My butter chicken is as good as I can get it, daughter is back at work so I'm cooking during the week now. She asked for butter chicken again. This is 8 chicken thighs boned and marinaded overnight. This pic is it resting, cooking it later. It's only 10.30 am here on Tuesday . More pics to follow.

That pic is horrible, here's latest. I grill/ broil chicken to get patches of dark, simulating a tandoor oven. Then cut into bite size pieces. Then I made the sauce, it's beautiful.

It's only 1.30 pm here but it's all ready. Daughter will do rice, I can't do it as good as she does. This really tastes just like shop bought, its unbelievable. We will eat about 6 ish. I may make some naan.??
