We are trying to find a book with tapas recipes. So far we have found 1 but it is by an American chef and it is his interpretation. We are looking for an authentic Spanish tapas recipe book. Can anyone help?
I'm not an expert in tapas but there is a chef I've heard about who is a star in that department: Omar Allibhoy. I believe has some books! He trained with Ferran Adria of El Bulli and I don't think you can get better than that! In fact you can't get better than that in the whole world.
