Cast iron pizza

I use a cast iron skillet for two different kinds of pizza; the first is a Pizza Hut-style pan pizza, and I usually use Serious Eats' recipe:

The skillet (and a good amount of oil) makes an excellent fried bottom:

I think I've used ATK's recipe as well. Both are excellent.

I also make bar/tavern pizzas, using a flour tortilla:

Tortilla?...Pizza?...Tortizza!

This makes use of the broiler/grill and the stovetop and turns out an excellent lunch pizza in about 10 minutes.
