Category reshuffle

I've reviewed and reshuffled the category structure and main categories (as well as creating some new ones and a few sub-fourms).

I'm moving existing threads into the new categories as best I can but if you find any that are in the wrong place, just let me know with a post in the support forum and I'll get it sorted.
