When I was younger one of my favorite meals was Chicken, Broccoli, and stuffing with cheese. Y mom and my aunts would always make it, so I figured I would share it with everyone.
Ingredients;
4 Pieces boneless, skinless chicken
2 boxes stop top chicken stuffing
3 stocks fresh broccoli
1 bag mozzarella cheese
Step 1; First you cut the broccoli, we only used the floret pieces, then put them in a pot to boil until they are tender.
Step 2; Cut the boneless chicken into small cubes, season with chicken seasoning and cook.
Step 3; Cook the stove top stuffing
Step 4; Preheat oven to 350, and get a casserole dish out.
Step 5; Put the stuffing in the bottom of the casserole dish, spread the chicken out on top of it, then spread the cooked broccoli on top. Sprinkle the whole bag of mozzarella cheese over the whole dish.
Step 6; Cook for about 20 minutes, take out, let cool and enjoy!
