Sweet chicken pineapple curry

Ingredients:
175g/6oz/1 chicken breast
140g/5oz green bell pepper
150g5oz/ pineapple
1,5g/0,05oz ginger
2,1g/0,07oz garlic
70g/2,5oz/1 red onion
105g/3,5oz/1 tomatoe
The green from spring onions for decoration
1 large tsp white miso paste
1 pinch salt, MSG, paprica, pepper
4 dashes of juice (orange, mango, peach, pineapple)
oil for frying

1. Wash your hands. Wash the chicken breast, bell pepper and tomatoe. Peel pineapple, ginger, garlic and red onion. Cut chicken breast and vegetables into pieces, who are not to big to eat and not to small to fry easy. Only the ginger and the garlic has to be small.

2. Heat up a pan that is big enough. Give a good amount of oil into the pan. When the oil is hot, add chicken breast. Let it get brown on both sides and then take it out, add one dash of juice, pour the sauce over the chicken breast. Give the pineapple into the pan, roast it on both sides, pour over another dash of juice and take the pineapple out of the clean pan. Proceed like this with the green bell pepper. Now caramelize the onion with the ginger and the garlic on middle heat, pour over one more dash of juice, add salt, MSG, miso paste, paprica and pepper to your taste. You can serve this with rice or baguette, or like me on a bed of sweet potato puree.
