Has anyone ever made Tika Masala? I have never tried it but always wanted to. There aren't a lot of Indian restaurants around here.

Compared to some of my other Asian dishes the tomato content is minor with only two to ½ kg of chicken. I can't describe how heavy the flavour is.

I have posted a recipe for it on these boards. But it's copied from the blog of ' the curry guy' so you might want to check him out. Or the recipe in my post history.
