Hello gang, looking for chocolate birthday cake recipe suggestions. Must be quick and simple to make (the chef isn't a skilled baker or cake maker) and no special ingredient concerns, so have at it with regards to eggs, dairy, etc.

Will need around 12 portions. 11 for me and one for the birthday girl (only kidding).
