Recipe Coriander mint chutney

Ingredients:
a handful of fresh coriander, stalks and all
a handful of fresh mint - no stalks.
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsps tamarind paste
1 tsp salt
1, 2, 3 or 4 fresh chiles, depending on how hot you like it
A little water if needed

Method:
(Follow these instructions very carefully, because they're a bit complicated)
  • Bung everything into a blender and mix until smooth. Adjust the flavours by adding more sugar, or more tamarind, more salt or more chiles.
  • Serve with samosas, pakoras, empanadas, chicken wings, grilled chicken, etc.
