I had one of these before. I lost it in storage. Saw it again on Ebay. I plan to use it to do a brisket. It takes 8 to 10 hours. And it should be

Hi. I've never seen one of those. How is it different than a regular Crock-pot/slow cooker?

The insert is bigger. it (insert) had broke several times, causing Rival to have to pull the product from the store shelves. But I had it and nothing happened to it. I like it!! It was designed to slow cook big roasts, lots of ribs & chicken.
