Croco meat is like poulrty

There is a big hardware store here called Wilcon. Inside, there is a small eatery that sells croco burgers made with meat of crocodile. I don't know the connection why a hardware and crocodile meat but maybe the owner of the hardware has a crocodile farm too.

Anyway, the croco meat, said the food server, tastes like chicken because crocodiles eat chicken too. Hmm, so why buy the expensive croco meat when I can buy chicken at a much cheaper price?

I've had crocodile meat from a exotic meat supplier in London , it was chicken in texture but the taste was quite earthy , as these lived in fresh water ,
I have said on here before you need to try foods and take them on their own merit and should never compare it to another food
There are only a few meats we eat regularly , some times as you say due to cost , when I tried croc I did it a few ways to see how it reacted in taste and texture, and how it took flavours
