I use a book by mridula baljekar and spotted a nice recipe I am going to make in a few days. I'll use thighs as I've had great comments about how moist it is, compared to breast meat. Cashews are on the list for later today. Cashews are mixed, ground and whole. I've had success in using ground nuts to thicken curries as in a korma.
