Do you eat dessert after every main meal?

Do any of you eat dessert after your main mean as a general rule?

Do you usually make the desserts yourself or do you buy them, or a bit of both?

Do you include ice cream as part of your dessert choices?

Always have dessert. Often fruit, bit of cake, bit of chocolate, a biscuit or three, frozen yogurt, not always all at the same time though.

We hardly ever have a pudding, only when we are eating out, or special occasions. Even then we are more likely to have a cheese board than something sweet.

Very rarely anymore. I have to be careful with sugar levels in the evening so if we are going to have a treat, it is usually at lunch time!

Eating dessert after every meal seems a bit crazy. Too much sugar/fat... but occasionally is fine. Enjoy that small banana dessert @Shermie!
