Do you save chicken stock?

I often put it into an empty plastic yogurt container & freeze it until the next time that I want to make soup. I do that with beef stock also. :wink:

Yes, I save chicken stock made from the leftover chicken carcass. Also, pheasant stock and fish stock. I freeze stock in sealable freezer bags - that way it can be frozen flat and takes up little space in the freezer.
 
We make it to do just that. If your going through the process of making it for some dish, might as well do a large batch and freeze the rest.
 
I would save it more often if I had the carcass to do so..There is only two of us so we don't cook a lot of chicken when we do it..I have a lot of beef broth/stock, though..I have tons of scrap from my deli..we cook inside round roasts every day, then clean them before slicing it the next day..
