Parm Garlic Chicken Wings..jpg
Ingredients;

6 to 8 Chicken wings.
1/4 t. Salt.
1 t Sylvia's Seasoning.
!/8 t. Ground Black Pepper
1/2 t Paprika.
3 t Garlic Powder.
2 t. Vinegar.
3 cloves chopped Garlic.
1/2 cup Butter (1 stick).
!/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (You can grate your own, or use the one in the jar).

Directions;

Place chicken in bowl. Add next 6 ingredients. Toss lightly. Place wings in small baking pan or dish. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven until lightly golden, about 45 minutes.

Meanwhile. place butter & chopped garlic cloves in small saucepot. Add Grated parm cheese. Heat slowly over low heat until butter is bubbly. Be slow with this, or mixture will burn & garlic becomes bitter. Pour over chicken wings evenly. Q
Add a bit more parm cheese if desired. Let finish baking for another 10 - 15 minutes until golden. Enjoy!! :wink:

Ok, it's there. Didn't post a pic yet because I postponed cooking the chicken, but I will when I'm done. :wink:

I like the recipe. I may have to try this one for the next Super Bowl instead of regular Buffalo wings.

Although, you bake the wings for an hour?

I have to look up Sylvia's seasoning as we obviously don't have that in the UK...

Is there no parmesan in the Parm Garlic Wings?

Here it is.

If you don't have it or can't find it, all that you would need is some thyme, oregano, basil & parsley, marjoram & rosemary.

I've always wanted to go to her restaurant up in Harlem.

Thst is sad. But, we all must meet our maker.

I hope the restaurant hasn't changed.
