From "an old family recipe"...

2 quarts good quality vanilla ice cream
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup rum
1 cup brandy
Sprinkle of cinnamon on top

Put ice cream in punch bowl to get very soft...put in all other ingredients...stir to combine...sprinkle with cinnamon.....Merry Christmas !

P.S.....I think the official count was 10,000 to 15,000 calories per cup...:):):):)
 
I have an American client who sent me a récipe for home made Eggnog and some tips on what else one can do with it .. French Toast was one, to use Eggnog instead of milk and eggs.

In the Mediterranean, egg nog is an oddity or rare breed !! Never had it ..

I posted the info of my American client and I am aware that it is sort of like Bailey´s Irish Cream for lack of a better comparison ..

This client uses several types of liquors to prepare her´s ..
