Probably a familiar spice mix to the Americans here, but one that's completely unknown where I live. It's not for sale anywhere, so I make my own. Because it makes just about any cheese sandwich or bread better. This is my take on it.

What you need:
3 tablespoons white sesameseeds
3 tablespoons black sesame seeds
3 tablespoons poppy seeds
3 tablespoons dried fried onions
2 tablespoons dried garlic
2 tablespoons dried chilli
2 tablespoons sea salt

Put all in food processor. Mix until it is a fine sand. Put in jar and keep for max 3 months. But you will have eaten this amount much sooner, which is why there is much more in the pictured jar.

Brilliant! And I like very much the name of it!

I am starting to see "everything bagel seasoning" at supermarkets now, and I decided to buy one to try it out. Very disappointing. This looks a lot better. :)
Thanks, I recommend you try it! Mine is a little more daring than most supermarket varieties

I also frequently add black pepper to it

Dawg, I tried the one from TJ's, ummm, didn't really like it.
I used it on some no-knead Bread...
