How many of you have had to separate fat from chicken or beef stock, or even veggie stock the old fashioned way by dipping a large spoon into frat-laden liquid just enough to get out the fat? You had to keep on doing that until the fat was all gone, or most of it anyway. I got so tired of doing that!! here's the answer!! I got this from Amazon! It's much easier now, to have virtually fat-free stock!!
