How many of you have had to separate fat from chicken or beef stock, or even veggie stock the old fashioned way by dipping a large spoon into frat-laden liquid just enough to get out the fat? You had to keep on doing that until the fat was all gone, or most of it anyway. I got so tired of doing that!! here's the answer!! I got this from Amazon! It's much easier now, to have virtually fat-free stock!! :whistling:

It also comes with a veggie peeler!!

I have a fat separator and I'll use it for small amounts, like if I'm making gravy, but most of the time, I'll let it cool and it's easier to just pull it out that way.
