This weekend I did my usual insane amount of cooking. On the menu was chicken parmesan with gnocchi and sautéed green beans. At one point I found myself reaching for "that pan" my favorite fry pan. Now I have many pans, but it had to be that pan for that job. In this case the sautéed green beans. The thought occurred to me that there are just certain go to pans I use for certain types of cooking. Even though other pots/pans maybe suitable they just are not the same. So... I know you have them, what pot/pan is your special one and why?
