Ingredients
½ stick French baguette
2 tsp Tomato puree
1 Tomato, sliced
1 Onion, finely chopped
100 gm Mozzarella cheese, grated
8 slices Pepperoni
1 large Green chilli, sliced in half
Black pepper
Dried oregano
Method
Slice the baguette in half lengthways. Spread half of the tomato puree thinly on both halves. Place the sliced tomato on top. Sprinkle over the chopped onion then the grated Mozzarella cheese. Place the pepperoni on top of the cheese, then the sliced chilli and sprinkle over a little pepper and oregano. Heat the oven to 200 degC then cook the pizza until the cheese melts.
