Ingredients
1 10 inch skillet
1 spatula
2 cans (15 to 16 oz each) cream style corn
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon or so of salt
Medium-high heat
Method
Melt butter in skillet. Pour in the corn and season with salt. Bring corn up to a boil. Keep stirring and flipping the corn until most of the liquid is gone and the corn is a golden color. It takes about 30 minutes.
