Furikake Salmon on Creamed Scallion Rice:
Ingredients:
1) Salmon fillet - 1
2) Rice - 1/8 cup
3) Cream cheese - 3 tblspns.
4) Ricotta cheese - 2 tblspn.
5) Half n half - 2 to 3 tblspns.
6) Scallion - 1
7) Lettuce, Romaine - 2 leafs
8) Furikake seasoning - 2 to 3 tblspns.
9) Lemon juice - 2 to 3 splashes.
Procedure:
-- Preparation --
1) Cook rice till soft.
2) Blend cream cheese, ricotta and half n half to consistency.
3) Cross cut the scallion into pieces.
4) Mix the scallion into the blended cheeses.
5) Mix the scallion cheese blend with the rice.
6) Slice the salmon fillet lengthwise to form two long pieces.
7) Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
-- Bake and Serve the Furikake Salmon Dish -
8) Form a 1" high rectangle of the rice mix on a baking sheet.
9) Cover the rice with the two strips of salmon filet.
10) Splash lemon juice over the salmon.
11) Sprinkle furikake seasoning over the salmon.
12) Bake the furikake salmon dish for 20 to 30 minutes.
13) Cover a serving plate with the Romaine lettuce leafs.
14) Carefully plate the rice and furikake salmon over the lettuce.
15) Serve.
