Ranging from Grouse to Pheasant, From Venison to Ox, I love to fondue nearly everything I can. In sauces ranging from hawaiin barbeque to duck sauce from chinese restaurants, I love gamey meats that are fresh enough the fondue won't ruin the base taste.
That leads me to believe I'm not the only one here that loves a good fondue, as I know almost every hunter has a fondue pot. It's little to no different then slow cooking really, but I believe this method is the best aside from chili and ground up game meat to enjoy a raw chili.
So, what do you fondue with? What game meat? What sauce? How long and what spices do you include in the fondue?
