Recipe Gammon Steak with Honey and Mustard

Ingredients
  • 1 Horseshoe gammon steak (250 gm)
  • 1 tblsp Prepared mustard
  • 1 tblsp Honey

Method

Prick both sides of the steak with a fork then place on a plate or grill rack.

Thoroughly mix the mustard and honey and coat the topside of the steak with half of it. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

Turn over the steak and coat with the remaining mustard/honey mixture. Return to the refrigerator for another 1 to 2 hours.

Preheat the grill and grill the steak for 4 to 5 minutes each side.

Serve hot.
