Here is the recipe from my mum. It is quite easy to make she says.

Ingredients
6 to 8 sticks of rhubarb
6 oz flour
3 oz butter
4 oz brown sugar
4 crushed ginger biscuits

3 oz butter
4 oz brown sugar
4 crushed ginger biscuits
- Put the flour into a bowl and rub in the butter until it is like breadcrumbs then mix in the crushed biscuits and half the sugar.
- Cut the rhubarb into inch chunks and put in a baking dish. Cover with the rest of sugar.
- Cover the rhubarb with the crumble and bake for 45 mins at 170 C
- Dish it up with custard or cream
