It's a Gyuto chef's knife 🗡 I forgot how pleasurable it was to cut with a sharp knife again,

I've found a reference to this on the Net, and I see that the package includes a sharpener
Hopefully with that, and the advice given in your other recent post you'll be able to keep this one sharp and as good as new.
