Ingredients
6 granny smith apples cored and hollowed out
500 gms pork mince
3 tbsp ground roasted rice
2 tbsp dried chilli flakes
1 bunch mint leaves
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 bunch basil leaves
3 tbsp sliced spring onion
2 tbsp sliced shallots
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sugar
Method
Fry ground pork till just cooked, then allow to cool. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Stuff mixture in to apples and serve.
