This past summer I was blessed in multiple ways with my garden. Initially all the green toms, tomatoes, I was getting due to rain and no sun I wasn't pleased with until I rediscovered chutney.

Method
Combine all in a pot and stir while simmering until the cranberries are plumped out, about 40 minutes.
When cool pour into suitable container and store in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups diced green tomatoes, fire roasted if you can
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tsp minced ginger
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ACV, apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 finely diced onion
- 1/4 cup De Kuyper's Cactus Juice or roll your own (equal volumes of silver Tequila and Triple Sec)
